Spitsbergen is the largest island of the Svalbard archipelago which is located halfway between Norway and the North Pole. Svalbard has abundant wildlife, and the polar bear roams freely in the midnight sun during the summer months. Hike and zodiac in spectacular fjords and among icebergs. Be on the look out for polar bears, walrus, seals, reindeer, fox, and a variety of rare Arctic birds.
